**Important Notice*** Please Share In recent years we have always had a rush of staff looking to join our S&S Club before our Christmas Draws & Annual Dinner Dance. As you can all understand, processing new members can take a few weeks with our salaries dept & November is always a very busy month for our committee trying to get organised for the Festivities. Taking all of this into consideration, we have put a closing date on applications for new memberships, to give any staff an oppotunity to join our wonderful Club. So we would ask you all to spread the news within your departments and friends that the CLOSING DATE will be Friday 26th September 2025. So please spread the news if any new members wish to join or be included in the LUH S&S Club Xmas draws, application forms will be left at our notice board outside the Canteen or can be downloaded from our website. With just 13weeks to go we would also like to remind you all to ………………….. SAVE THE DATE…Friday 12th December for this years LUH S&S Dinner Dance 2025 & our children’s Xmas party will be Sunday 14th Dec. 2025.

Word on the wards is that the portering dept are putting together a strong football side under the stewardship of Adam Duncan to challenge Ciaran Cullen’s Canteen side!! Staff may witness strategic & tactical moves along the corridors for the next few weeks as the mens teams prepare for the big 5 a side challenge on Friday 26th Sept 2025 from 6pm – 9pm in the Community Centre, Letterkenny. Which department is going to match this energy & put their best Team forward as Pride is at stake. We have a Football Tournament 5 a side organised for Fri 26th September 2025 from 6pm – 9pm in the Community Centre, Letterkenny. Your Teams can be made up with your departments and or mixed men & women or just random staff making up a team ……as long as you all are having fun…………..supporters are also welcome. We have tickets available for Rock Rosing – The Supreme Classic Show. Please take note that these tickets are available for our Letterkenny Hospitals Sports and Social Club members only!
