We have availability for a new class Qigong – an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle body movements, deep breathing and mental focus to improve health and vital energy. It starts on Tuesday 1st September 2026 @ the Wellness Centre, Church Lane, Letterkenny. Please see poster attached for further information & booking details.

We have Given Pilates restarting for September 2026. Please see poster for further information & booking details. Please note that it is only 1 class per week that can be booked & these classes @ this price are for LUH Sports & Social members only.

These special prices are only available for our S&S club members and cannot be passed on or sold to anyone outside the club. Please book early as dynamic pricing is in effect this year, so prices are cheaper the sooner you buy them. Last day of sales is Wed 2nd Sept. As the pricing has changed since our first post, the cost on this poster has been covered. As Dynamic pricing is in place, we will not know what the exact price now is until ticket is purchased.
