With the bright evenings now what better way to look good and feel better than getting out and training for the 5k. Training commences on Monday 23rd March at 6.30pm. You can start on any day during the first 2 weeks. It’s a 8 week course. See poster for further information and details on how to book.

We have a trip for our Letterkenny Hospitals Sports & Social Clulb members to the 25th Westlife Anniversary World Tour Concert @ the Three Arena Dublin With Highland Radio Tours on Friday 18th Sept 2026. This trip allows you to sit back on their Luxury return coach transfer, overnight B&B @ the 4* City North Hotel Dublin & Standing tickets to reminisce their tunes from 1998 onwards. Just a note for anyone attending Tuesdays Beginners & Vinyasa Flow classes by Jacqueline Toner in the Vestry, St Conal’s Campus from 5.15, 6.30 and 7.45. These classes will now only run for 5 weeks instead of 6 as Tuesday 17th of March is St Patrick’s Day. So, the price for members will therefore be €34.00 for our members.

Following the massive success of last years Letterkenny Hospitals Sports and Social Club Football Tournament we would like you to pencil into your diaries – Friday 26th June 2026 for the big event this year at Letterkenny Community Centre. This will give all departments plenty of time now to get their key players signed up and start their High-Intensity Interval Training to get their weary bodies fit for Action. We hope to make this years event even bigger & better so start preparing early. Its a easy date to remember 26/06/2026
