We are delighted to be able to offer this amazing opportunity to take part in the Lanzarote Marathon 2025. Please note this trip is for our S&S club members only and there will be limited numbers available, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

The Inter Firms 5k Road Race will take place on Sunday 8th 2025. We would like to encourage as many of our S&S club/HSE staff to participate wearing our bespoke team vests especially designed by Fin for this event. Please see poster attached for further information & booking details.

Running season has begun & for any of our members interested in taking part in many of the 5k, 10k, 15k, or half marathons in 2025 we have a selection of races where our S&S members may avail of a discounted entry fee. The races will be advertised nearer to the time but if you wish to participate please see the poster below for further information & booking details.

One of our E-Bike tours will include a trip to Greenway, Achill with 2 nights stay in the Achill Island Hotel on the Friday 5th & Saturday 6th Sep 2025. Please see poster attached for further information & booking details.

For all of our Cycling enthusiasts we have a few dates arranged for biking tours from May until Sept 2025. These tours have become very popular and a very enjoyable evening out. Please see poster attached for further information & booking details.

We have some lovely walks again this year for all our outdoor enthusiasts! Our first walk is in Buncrana and what a delight the shore path is and the lovely Swan Park. Please see poster for full information and details on how to book. Also can our walkers please read the information on the second poster attached as it gives a outline on what is expected on our walks.

We have tickets for our S&S members for The Stand Up Comedy with Shane Daniel Byrne @ The Social Live, Gweedore on Sat 17th May 2025. Please see poster attached for further information & booking details. This price of €14.00 for members only. Non members will pay €21.00.

Still some places on our yoga retreat in Ocean Sanctuary, Arranmore. See poster please for further information and details on how to book. This offer is for members only. Non-members can avail of this day retreat but at the full cost of €99.
