For any of our E-Bike enthusiasts we have an E-Bike Trail taking place on Wed 23rd August from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Bikes and helmets are provided. See the poster attached for further information & booking details.

Just a general message regarding sending private messages to our Facebook page and e-mails through our web site. We have been receiving quite a few messages recently from members looking for their S&S club members cards and secondly members trying to book into classes or event. Firstly, if you have not received your membership card after your application has been successful, then you can contact Gary McConnell in the ID office, St. Conal’s Hospital every Thursday from 2.30pm to 4pm as he is the only committee member that van print these cards for you. Secondly, bookings for any event can ONLY be taken by the member responsible for that particular event being advertised. Their contact information will always be found at the bottom of each poster which may include their extension or mobile number. It is advisable to have your S&S club number available & book early to avoid disappointment. Anyone sending messages through our web site or our Facebook page will always receive an automated response as we are a voluntary committee & as much as we try to respond in a timely manner, unfortunately the event may be booked out by the time you get a reply. Thank you.

Our Discount List – We have worked with local businesses to agree discounts for our members. To avail of these discounts members must produce their membership card for the business to inspect. No card – No Discount. Always ask the business about the discount before purchase.

FINAL CALL FOR REGISTRATION FOR OUR KIDS SUMMER CAMP 2023. All forms must be completed and returned to Angela McGinley before 4.30pm tomorrow Tuesday 25th July 2023. We will not be accepting any registration forms after that time.

Our next walk is the Tramore Beach in Dunfanaghy on the Horn Head peninsula. To get to the beach you walk through forest and along a well trodden path through sand dunes for 2km. This path is uneven. The beach is a sandy stretch of gorgeousness, stretching for around 3km. To book contact Margaret Houston on 0860801074 with your name and S&S club Membership number before Wednesday at 12md.

We have a very exciting offer to see the Irish team play in the 6 Nations Rugby game on Sunday 11th Feb 2024. This deal includes an overnight stay, B&B in a 3 star hotel in Dublin & ticket for the Ireland V Italy game. Please see poster attached for further information & booking details.
