After our very successful E-Bikes cycle in Downing’s Last week we have decided to run another evening, this time across the bridge to Fanad. Please see poster attached for further information & booking detail.

We have 3 new courses starting in September. Gardening course starting Tuesday 19th September. Art classes starting Monday 18th September. Thai Chi on Wednesday 27th of September. All of these events are Members Only as our spaces are limited. So please book early with Anne Frize at the number given below to avoid disappointment.

The Couch to 5k is starting again on Monday 4th September. This is perfect for anyone who wants to start running, or who recently started running or returning to running after taking a break.
