Members if you love Jiving & Line Dancing then we have the workshop for you. Niall Doorhy is back in October in The Aura, Leisure Ctr, Letterkenny. Niall has been teaching social dancing for years and because of his patient manner and his ability to make it look easy everyone will come away with the basics. His method is very simple to learn……So just try it and you will not be disappointed. See poster for further information and details on how to book.

We have a lovely event for our members + 1, it was a very popular event last time we held it. Marshmallow & Rocky road Making Workshop with ” Mallow Mia”. We have Mixed Ability & Beginners Iyengar Yoga Classes restarting in the Milford Yoga Studio with Diane Bliss from 17th & 21st September for 6 weeks……Please see posters attached for further information & booking details.
