Just a general message regarding sending private messages to our Facebook page and e-mails through our web site. We have been receiving quite a few messages recently from members looking for their S&S club members cards and secondly members trying to book into classes or event. Firstly, if you have not received your membership card after your application has been successful, then you can contact Gary McConnell in the ID office, St. Conal’s Hospital every Thursday from 2.30pm to 4pm as he is the only committee member that van print these cards for you. Secondly, bookings for any event can ONLY be taken by the member responsible for that particular event being advertised. Their contact information will always be found at the bottom of each poster which may include their extension or mobile number. It is advisable to have your S&S club number available & book early to avoid disappointment. Anyone sending messages through our web site or our Facebook page will always receive an automated response as we are a voluntary committee & as much as we try to respond in a timely manner, unfortunately the event may be booked out by the time you get a reply.
